An 18-year-old pizza delivery driver from Tennessee found himself fleeing for his life because he parked in the wrong drivewayCaiden Wheeler told WTVF that he was dropping off a pizza at a house in an Ashland City neighborhood on Monday (April 29) night and pulled into a driveway.

As he was getting out of his truck, the person living next door flagged him down and said he parked in the wrong driveway. Wheeler then walked across the lawn, delivered the pizza, and returned to his vehicle.

As he was getting back in his truck, the homeowner came outside and fired seven shots toward Wheeler as he sped away. Three of the bullets struck his vehicle, but he was unharmed.

Police spoke to the homeowner, 32-year-old Ryan Babcock, who admitted to shooting at Wheeler. He told the police he saw Wheeler on his doorbell camera and thought he was trying to break into his house. He admitted that he fired several shots at the truck in an attempt to "disable" it.

Babcock was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault.

Wheeler said he isn't happy with the charges and believes Babcock should be charged with attempted murder.

"I was literally about to get killed right there," the 18-year-old told the news station. "It is attempted murder, in my opinion."
